CANCELLATION and TRANSFER POLICY:  Should you need to cancel your registration, you must mail or fax a written request, noting which option you prefer: 1) Refund fee is $20, when written notification is received no later than two weeks before your registered event. Refund will be processed after ticket has been returned to our office. 2) Free transfer - original tickets MUST be returned before this can be processed.  Non-attendance registrations will NOT be refunded.  No tickets will be issued until payment is received in full. 

CHILDREN: While families are important to us, unfortunately there are no facilities to cater for children or nursing infants.

MODEL RELEASE: For promotional purposes, videos and photograpsh are taken at all conferences.  Your registrations constitutes permission for WCA to use your picture in promotional materials.
